Are there any fees for callouts?
No, there are no call-out fees between office hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm). This applies to all electrical and plumbing work throughout our service region of Ulladulla, Nowra and Batemans Bay.
Can you give me a rough estimate on price over the phone?
We offer complimentary on-site consultations at a time that suits you. We provide upfront solutions during these consultations, ensuring no hidden surprises.
How quickly can you provide a service visit?
We aim to serve you the day you get in touch with us and send you the best electrician or plumber Shoalhaven has to offer. Unlike most other local trade companies, we have a large team of experienced tradesmen to ensure we can service you when you need us.
Our tradesmen arrive well-equipped for the job at hand. In most cases we can complete the work on the day, however, some jobs require a longer period of time to complete, so we don’t take shortcuts. We will let you know what you can expect on our visit to your home.
Are you able to attend my home if I am not home?
Yes we can, we can discuss options that you are comfortable with. For example some of our customers leave a key with their neighbour or we can arrange to meet a friend or family member on your behalf.
Will your tradies be equipped to fix my problem when they arrive?
Our vehicles are equipped with the latest tools and technology allowing us to efficiently complete the work on the same day in most cases. Although there may be some exceptions when the job is more involved or requires specialty material.
Communication is our priority, we will keep you updated every step of the way so you can know what to expect from our first visit.
Do you offer free electrical and plumbing inspections for Ulladulla, Nowra, and Batemans Bay residents?
We sure do! We will meet you at your home to discuss your electrical or plumbing maintenance requirements at no cost to you. During this time we can provide you with upfront pricing options so you can be confident in our team and your investment.
Do you offer discounts for pensioners or seniors?
Yes, a discount is applied for pensioner card holders. Our senior customers can rest assured they are looked after by the most trusted Eurobodalla and Shoalhaven Plumbing and Electrical Specialists. Call us to learn more.
